If working is in 97 to 100 % Payment is 7000/- If working is in 90 to 97 % Payment is 5000/-
If working is in 80 to 90 % Payment is 3000/-
If working is below 80% then there is NO Payment. If you fails to maintain more than 80% accuracy level for two slots or not submitted work then your registration will be cancelled without any pre-intimation and no work should
be given to you. After termination of your registration fees are not refundable at any condition. If Two workings with Demo Work are below 80% then ID will be closed by Company and no fees will be refundable in such conditions.
For Data Entry Agreement Copy will be provided on line as a Specification File. T0 do the job as per given criteria mentioned in the specification file is your responsibility, if fails to do this then you won’t get money. SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMAGE TO WORD TYPING Parameters for slot complete rejection:- 1. File name given is wrong. (Including the zip folder name) 2. Incomplete file. 3. Only doc files should be present in the zip file, 4. Total number of image files and word files are different. 5. Slot will be rejected if Header and Footer Option used. 6. If text box found, slot will be rejected. 7. Extra temporary files found or file not zipped. 8. Text is in other than "Times New Roman" font. 9. Font size not in round figure. 10. Color text found. 11. Page break found. 12. Section break found. 13. Other page data found. 14. Improper paragraph spacing. 15. If any virus found. 16. Page setup given improper.
Instructions for IMAGE to Word Conversion (Typing) 1. New page data of IMAGE file should start from new page of word. 2. File name should be given as it is given to the image file. 3. Table has to be entered as it appears in the IMAGE file. Use the table feature of MS Word. 4. Use tables instead of Column. 5. Align the text as it appears in the IMAGE file. 6. Put Bold, Italic, Underline as needed. 7. Type the text as it appears in the IMAGE file.
8. Text is categorized as Heading, Sub-Heading and Generated Text, keep the font size as specified. 9. Use of Columns, text box is not permitted. 10. Flow Chart, images, graphs should be ignored. 11. If word cuts in IMAGE file then the same should be done in word file. 12. Justification is not required even if it is done in the IMAGE file. 13. Symbols should not be used in place of bullets. The bullet should be as seen in the IMAGE file if not found then you should use any similar kind of bullet in word. 14. Header and footer option are not allowed. 15. Extra enters and different enter size would be considered as error. 16. Indentation must be used as per IMAGE file.
Instructions to follow while TYPING. 1. Every line should match with the corresponding line in the IMAGE;
hence the pages shallautomatically match with the IMAGE file pages. 2. Font will be Times new roman font size of 10 for the body text. 3. Paper size should be A4 Size & paper margin will be left, right, top, bottom 0.3 inches.
4. The size of headings and sub-headings should be 13, 11 respectively. 5. Bold, Italics and underline should be done as in the IMAGE files. 6. Use shift+enter at the end of the line & enter at the end of paragraph. 7. Justification is not required if it is done in the IMAGE file. 8. Paragraph spacing should be done by using paragraph spacing (before or after only)
if done inthe IMAGE files. (Auto spacing should not be used). 9. Line Spacing (single, 1.5 Lines or double) should be used as given in the IMAGE file. Although most of the files shall have single line spacing. Options during the Line Spacing like
“AtLeast”, “Exactly”, “Multiple” should not be used. Only first line indentation should be used for the shift in the first line of paragraph (if visible in the IMAGE file). 10. If the word cuts in the IMAGE file then the same should be done in word file.
If a line ends inIMAGE file then the same should be done in word file. 11. The registration will be terminated if the file is not sent for any three times, Incomplete files will also be calculated in this criteria. 12. The files should be saved in and it should be attached to the e-mail and should be send it within / on the prescribed date with in 3:00 PM. After 3:00 PM the files will not be accepted.

5. Extra files found in the zip file except word files (including temporary files). 6. Incomplete File.
7. Any images are found in the word document. 8. If files received are less than the files delivered to you. 9. Text is in other than “Times New Roman” Font. 10. If colour text found in the word file.?
11. If the file is not zipped. 12. The company decision will be the final.
13. If two slots are below 80% then Id will be terminated.
