 Type of Project: Manual Form Entry in Software
Format: *.jpeg to *.MDB database file format using customized software
Guidelines: Proper On/Off site Training will be provided. 
QC: Rework will provide if data will not up to the expected Q. Parameter
Work Issue: *.jpg/ *.tiff/ *.PDF on a regular Bi-monthly basis along with customized software.
Work Submission: As per TAT
TAT: 26 working Days
Work Load: 40,000 pages per month for 10 system work load.
Payout: 7/- INR per form 
Min No. of System: 10 System
Payment : After work Submission, within a Fifteen Days by Cheque/online Transfer ASAP
Project Duration: 11 Months

 Commercial Unrefundable Deposit Amount:

 To Client for 10 System  :  2,50,000/- for Software, Training and Other Charges.
Consulting Charges          :  1,75,000/- INR (One lack Seventy Five Thousand only) + 15% from Monthly Billing.

 Procedure for Sign UP. 
·  Profile with Center Snaps.
·  LOI (Letter of Interest on company Letter Head)
·  Approval of Center Profile
·  Discussion & Clarification Session
·  Sign NDA of  Computech & Mauryamagic
·  Make Payment of Computech & Mauryamagic
·  Sign Client Agreement by online or Face to Face in his office.
·  Make Client Payment
·  Procedure will be start for Training.
·  ASAP Training will complete, start Live Work.
